Very bumpy process. Would have been nice to know EVERYTHING we needed at once instead of thinking all was well and time after time needing something else just when we thought we had submitted everything. Had us sweating the deadline to get tuition paid.

The process was not difficult, but the website was a little confusing. It took longer for me to complete everything because it’s not very clear what is needed at first. Once I called and spoke to someone it was much easier. The support staff was very helpful and easy to reach!
