Initial disbursement was scheduled 3 days after due date at school and now we are officially 1 day beyond that very same scheduled disbursement date with no clear understanding of status! Have been waiting 16 days for the "check in the mail" and nothing to show for it. Thankful the school is willing to work with me on late fees. Although the live discussion I had with CampusDoor went reasonably well, the email responses have been poor at best and never answered all questions posed, typically ignoring direct questions asked.
At this point I'm wondering two things about this loan: a) will it ever get disbursed to the school and 2) will I end up making my first payment before the school gets the disbursement.

Experience was good, only issue was we had uploaded an incorrect document to your site by mistake during the process and we were not aware until about 2 weeks later and therefore that ended up delaying the disbursement of the proceeds to the school and therefore we had to take money from our savings to pay the school bill to allow our son to not lose his housing assignment. It would have been nice for someone to contact us to say it looks like the document you uploaded is not the correct document.
