The process was pretty smooth except when it came to the final documents. We had made a change to document. We were not supposed to make a change to the document. After looking at the portal for several days I finally decided to call and see what the issue was. I was told we could not a change to the document and needed to sign the original and then make changes to the email address after that. If I had not called I don't know if I would have found out about the issue because the email regarding the need for the document was only sent to my daughter. I was not copied. I think with young students the cosigners should be copied on any issues. Thanks, Tracy
