This thing is great. Feels fantastic in the hand. Very nice design and blade shape!
-1 star for quality of steel used. I wouldve paid a little extra for a harder option.

Amazing

The highly carbonized blade makes the Opinel #8 the ideal item for hiking or survival tool in your kit.

One again House of Knives comes through again great knife at a great price keep up the great work!

As usual for Kizer the Mystic was flawless out of the box: great action, razor sharp and the blade was perfectly centered.

It feels great in the hand and has a high fidget factor. It is also really nice to see Kizer explore less common powder steels like REX 45.

Love this peeler. I actually look forward to peeling potatoes now :-)

I'm fairly new to sharpening with wetstones. I love this stone. I'm addicted to sharpening our knives. Our old dull knives are super sharp. I should have bought this year's ago.

Ordered this online to replace one that got damaged. Great tool, good CRKT quality.
Was disappointed the the House of Knives store (Market Mall ) where I picked it up as they would not allow me to purchase a Fisker saw that was available for a discounted price if you made a purchase.

The action is super smooth and the balance is nice. It’s just a little big for some pockets but I’m a fan of it.

Nice knife otherwise but not EDC for me. More of a work knife, if you’re an industrialist.

I bought this sprint run Spydie Temperance to use as a all purpose knife. The ergonomics are superb, I have lots of control when cutting up cardboard for recycling. I used it for food prep and general cutting, I just use food grade mineral oil on it when cutting acidic foods. The factory edge is beyond razor sharp, I haven't had to resharpen it yet. Sal Glesser designs are practical and this knife IMHO is the best fixed blade I own. I have Esees in 1095 and in magnacut. I bought a Spyderco Police 4 in Micromelt PD#1 steel another sprint run sold by HOK( House of knives) which is structually the same as CPM Cru Wear. I haven't had to sharpen the factory edge on it. This is an amazing steel and I will cherish for years to come. It will be in my will. Thank-you House of Knives for an awesome knife!

Great knives.Matsubara Tanaka makes some of the best in my opinion. This Gyuto is wonderful.Cuts like a dream. Very pleased.

sleek profile, smooth open. Great for daily carry.

I was expecting something much smaller . Any way I could trade these for something that is much shorter and lighter ; smaller too

Great quality feel combined with super-addictive action make this a must-have for your collection !

Had one before, but I lost it on an exercise. Had to grab another one.

Great knife for the price. Super sharp. Great action.

Colour as advertised, quick shipping, everything great. thanks

I don't think it's ridiculously large as many contend. It's elegantly slim, has decent steel that's really not hard to maintain a razor edge on so long as you keep on top of it. I like it so much I bought a second one cause here in Canada it'll be banned from import as a centrifugal knife (yes, we're idiots).
“In accordance with subsection 84(1) of the Criminal Code and the CITT's recent decision in T. LaPlante, the CBSA resolves that centrifugal knives will be classified as prohibited weapons if the following conditions are met: a knife has a blade that opens by centrifugal force, when the blade is released from the handle into the fully ejected and locked position with a simple and brisk outwardly flick of the wrist; and it includes knives that require some preliminary or simultaneous minimal manipulation of either a flipper or other non-edged parts of the blade.” Yadda yadda yadda😡
You can buy them currently if they exist in stock, in a Canadian store, but they won't be coming across the border no more.
I always flick it open simply cause it's quick and easy and makes people twitch, especially cause I'm 70 y/o and am the quintessence of “the harmless looking dude”. If my pant pockets are too shallow I use the smaller version, which also centrifugalizes pretty easily with a bit of practice. Got 2 of them as well.
I love the elegant look, the slimness and the killer design of the clip point blade.
Downside: the copperish insert on the G10 side will pop off when u drop the knife…..which is why God made gorilla glue. Happened to both my Strata and my XL.
Nuff said😎

Knife is definitely worth the price, super sharp, quality is great, super smooth to deploy the blade, when you get used to the crossbar lock. Although the handle materials are a bit slippery, you may want to hold on to it a little tighter when using it. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this blade if you’re thinking of getting it, you won’t be disappointed.
