Silky saws are awesome & so is House of Knives.
My only complaints are with the coordination for online orders getting picked up in store.
1) Checking order status by logging into House of Knives website only showed status as order placed, not ready for pickup.
2) To track my order HOK is partnered with "Route" which wanted access to my email. I would never grany any app access perms to my email & there was no other option for tracking order that I could see.
3) I was phoned instead of emailed & I don't pick up calls from unknown contacts.
5 stars for the saw, 1 star for pickup coordination.
