Great knife loved the elmax version so I thought I’d try the 154cm version and can’t lie this one preformed pretty well too

If you're looking for a edc this is a good choice.

The flipper action is smooth.

It is not light, but it's not really noticeable in the pocket. I recommend it.

I like the pointy edge and the way the blade is swept forward. The thumb stud makes it perfect. It’s not to big that it looks menacing.

THIS AN OUTSTANDING KNIFE, PERFECT
THANKS TO HOUSE OF KNIVES, I APPRECIATE IT

Light comfortable knife.

VERY NICE

The Sage 5 Lightweight has many of the design elements long-time knife hobbyists have come to associate with Spyderco—the thumb ramp, the forward finger choil, the leaf-shaped blade—but put together in a format that, in my opinion, is more appealing to those who might feel alienated by the more idiosyncratic visual lines of Spyderco standbys like the Para Military 2 and the Delica 4. The Sage 5 Lightweight also has a Compression Lock paired (with a relatively large anvil pin) and the pivot bushing assembly found in most current Compression Lock Spydercos, resulting in a combination of high lock strength & consistently smooth action.

This version of the Sage 5 Lightweight features a reasonably thin blade made from SPY27, a Spyderco-exclusive particle metallurgy stainless cutlery steel produced by Crucible Industries. In my experience, SPY27 performs quite similarly to S35VN with regards to edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance, but it seems to strop back much more effortlessly, easily takes a high polish, & it just feels like it wants to get sharp—it's very much an "enthusiast's steel".

All in all, a good working folder, and an especially good choice for someone new to Spyderco (or on the fence about the brand).

Recently purchased and it is a great improvement to what has already been a good tool.

Beautiful knife and sheath. Very well made and came extremely sharpe. I opted to return it because I have XL hands and there was no way I could use it comfortably. Not sure it’s fair to make the review 4 star but it just was not the knife for me.

Love this new knife of mine. It is a perfect size to cut tomatoes, sausage, cheese...seems to be my go to knife right now.

I even use it to grab pickels out of the pickle jar.

Really nice little edc. Nice action , great quality build and material. Very sharp , beautiful natural g2 scales . Simple , light .. awesome blade

I wanted something a bit fancier than what I had since I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking.
It’s extremely sharp.
You can tell it will take a bit more care to not chip the edge. This will not be a problem as you simply don’t use it for anything other than food.
Very impressed with the handle material. The Damascus steel looks beautiful it’s lazer sharp!
Very happy.

Excellent ergos on this knife, sheath retention is also excellent and rattle free. Hair shaving sharp out of the box ( which is nice and sturdy and gift worthy ready made with a bunch of stickers, a nice card and a micro fibre cloth. My buddy who lived in China said this is a very popular way of packaging certain products ). Nitro V steel on this for a budget ended fixed blade of this type is a excellent choice, good corrosion resistance and excellent edge stability/ toughness and ease of sharpening- think AEBL or 14C28N ( close in chemistry according to Dr Larrin Thomas of knife steel nerds ). Very happy with my purchase and the promptness of order processing and delivery. House of Knives is my new go to knife fix scratcher.

Easy to handle and very sharp. The right rescue blade for your vehicle or work environment.
Highly recommend

The Scallion is the handiest clip knife I've ever owned. I've owned quite a few of them. I've either lost them or lent them to someone and they never returned them.
These are great little knives !!

Sharp little blade with beautiful wood handle and crazy blade shape

Fun fidgety knife. Great build quality and value. House of Knives was great to deal with as well.

Amazing Quality perfect size for a medium Large Hand

This knife does it all, super easy to use and out gets the job done.

Better unit than the source of cross bar locking mechanism Benchmade. Exceptional choice for EDC pocket knife. Highly recommend.
