The blade is quite tall but not too thick, and its geometry is great for cutting and slashing.
The short reverse tanto tip in combination with the tall profile makes the blade very sturdy, and the handle fits in hands very nicely. The knife is well balanced, and easy to open regardless of the selected deployment method.
Flip, thumb stud, or reverse flick are easy to execute, and the opening mechanism is smooth and very fast.
I might say that this little knife exceeded my expectations!

I am a sharpener and collector and when , at first view, i saw the Hyrax i could not resist and ordered it! Since i received it 3 weeks ago it is my number 1 EDC on me! Rare cause i love to change knives every 2 - 3 days to test them out but the Hyrax still on me at this moment! I have a large hand, and picky on the look and action of a EDC so this 1, i have over 120 knives, i can stop showing it and using it every day! Easy to sharp more stroping then anything else, easy to clean and holds in my hand like i love them! I am a fan of all WEE CIVIVI AND most SENCUT and will continue to see your next new 1! Thank you

This is the second ZT0350 I have bought. I use this knife for skinning and processing Black Bear and Dear. The knife holds its edge through processing a whole Bear. I'm happy with this knife.

From the specifications, it may seem that a folding knife at this price point with D2 steel and a wooden handle isn't highly impressive, but the machining precision truly amazed me. The knife's opening and closing, and the detent ball's feel, are incredibly distinct. The flipper's trigger force is just right, and the sound is crisp and pleasant. This is honestly the best-crafted knife I have come across so far.

It's OK I guess. The tips of some knives such as fillet knives, are very difficult as the have no guide at that point. Can't sharpen the ricasso of some knives very well. If there is a guard on the knife thar protruded forward. ½" belt is not ideal. I should have bought the model with wider belt. I guess it's worth the money...maybe. The lowest cost shipping took forever as well. This kind of money should be free, and expedited shipping imo.

Really nice design and really sharp

The Civivi Dessert Warrior Elementum 2 is a great knife. This was a gift for my wife who is not a pocket knife person but wanted something easy and fun to use and ties into my hobby so she doesn't feel left out on the fun I have with the hobby. I spotted this knife a long time ago but it was a Blade HQ exclusive so I was unable to purchase it for her....until I discovered that House of Knives carries some of the Blade HQ exclusives! My wife loves it. The flipper tab is a nice opening method and the button lock is easy to use. My wife is afraid of some of the liner lock knives I have so this is a much better alternative for her. The colours are great and you can see a lot of thought went into this design. All the screws holding the scales and pocket clip are different colours than each other which goes nicely with the theme. It came very sharp out of the box. I hope that H of K will start to carry more of the Blade HQ exclusives as I know there is a market for them. Lots of collector groups, like CKG (and others), would probably jump to purchase these exclusives via H of K. Great job Civivi and great job House of Knives! A happy return customer!

Perfect little knife for its purpose. Quality construction also.

The acrylic covers are spectacular. The surfboard shape of the blade makes this the perfect summer carry. The quality of the build reminds me of much more expensive modern flippers. And this has a playful look that can be very disarming, like traditional pocket knives. It’s a good size too, just big enough to fit comfortably in hand. This is another great Finch.

The mother-of-pearl covers is gorgeous. The spear-point blade is almost elliptical and very versatile. It has that great Finch action and is very comfortable. It just looks great as an EDC.

The knife came well packaged and fully sharpened. It was ready for any work!

Very unique blade shape and super lightweight. Good for EDC!
