Kizer Smolt G10 Micarta Black (1063A1)
Very good blade in 3V steel and handle size is just right for pocket carry if you swap out the belt clip it comes with for an Ultimate-clip.
Great little fixed blade for EDC.

Benchmade Station Knife OD Green G10 DLC Coated (4010BK-01)
It's everything you know about this brand, quality precision and sharpness. Well balance ,precise, amazing tool and exceptionally sharp straight out of the box from factory. Look well made and durable, after 2 weeks of use I can't really support this statement but i am sure it will last. Only advice is the charcoal coating of black blades looks great but isn't convenient as it stick to most of stuff and it's hard to clean back to it's original state, it's all about the look of it though. Overall great knife great quality. Worth every penny.

Right when i saw this knife and red some reviews i had to buy it!! When it arrives, like a little child, i knew i was going to be happy and i was! Opens like a rocket, sharp like a razor and a look that others dont have! I am wearing it right now and i hv been using it in different circinstances and not a single complain for the price you get quality!!

Really nice fit and finish for a more budget-oriented knife, feels much more expensive than it is. Blade geo great for daily use. Flipper action is addictive. Fun knife!

"feels more expensive than it is" should be Kizers leading tagline, so very fitting!

Kai PK2 6.5" Hollow Ground Santoku with Sheath Black (AB5085)
I bought this knife for my camper trailer because it comes with a sheath for easy storage. The knife is very sharp and works well. The blade is quite thin and the handle is hard plastic, which makes the whole knife feel lightweight. Although, holding it is a little uncomfortable since the top edge (non-cutting edge) is so thin it feels a little sharp on my hand. Definitely not a deal breaker, as this minor issue is more than made up for by the sharpness, performance, and relatively low cost. I haven't had it long enough to comment on edge retention. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase for camping use.

CIVIVI Dessert Warrior Elementum II (C18062P-5)
As far as the dessert warrior print goes, it’s absolutely fantastic. Definitely a conversation piece everyone loves when I pull it out to use it. Now the civivi elementum 2 is an amazing knife it’s better than I expected. Came razor sharp outta the box came with a few extra goodies and the action is so buttery smooth. The flipper tab and button lock makes the knife!

I do appreciate your sending me the knife with my order. I have tried the knife a few times and I have concluded that these knives may be ideal for the amateur cook but as a retired chef / instructor, I prefer a heftier, more durable knife. ( Eg. Shun Classics )

Great point, there are definitely knives for every level. Maybe you can gift this to someone getting started, or save it when you have a less experienced sous chef helping at home =)

Work Sharp Ken Onion Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk. 2 ELITE 3pc bundle (WSKTS-KO2-ELT-C)
This system is massive improvement over original Elite Grinding Solution. Easier to adjust belt on grinding attachment, easier to adjust angle, easier to lock speed and control speed. Also angle adjustment does not get in way of large handle knives. Where original Elite Grinding angle adjustment part which contact large hand knives when drawing of belt on one side( left side) facing angle side while sharpening.

Also, the one that was by far the least expensive of all the knives I've ever bought. Beautiful blade and design and incredibly versatile and rock solid.
