I work as an executive chef, came in to buy the Nanbu Nakiri and liked it so much I came back to buy this Nanbu Gyuto and was not disappointed. It cuts incredibly well and is easy to maintain. Highly recommended.
The staff in store are incredible as well. Excellent experience every time I go there.

Very impressive. I bought this for my girlfriend based solely on the colour scheme and was so impressed by the fit, finish and action that I bought myself an Ankylo shortly after (also a great knife). Now I live in a home full of confetti from my girlfriend and I both doing cut tests steadily.

Kizer Pac-Bar Titanium G10 Natural (KIZE-EDC-FREE;T122A5)
Pac-Bar looked good online, especially receiving it for $5.00 as an add-on Father’s Day deal, Retail price I believe was $45.00. At this price definitely no go. It is a nice cool, aesthetically looking tool and weighs nothing. I did encounter on multiple of these items that the tweezers on some I have experience they do not slide in or out as the metal attaching pin of the tweezers has not been properly rounded or sanded down, which prevents the tweezers from pulling them out, and if you do manage to pry them, it is very difficult as well to put them back into their place.
