Shun Classic 8" Kiritsuke Knife (DM0771)
Fantastic edge, balance, comfort, but I'd rather use a nakiri, santoku or a regular chef knife. The tip of the blade is a bit useless most of the time, and the shape makes me long for basically any other type of large knife.

Fair point on all fronts, but you have agree the finger choil is a nice touch eh! Thank you for sharing your thoughts Guillaume =)

Kershaw Shuffle II - Tanto, Tan, Blackwash (8750TTANBW)
It’s not very easy to open
Response from House of Knives
Oct 07, 2023
I know smaller knives can be harder to open sometimes but the main pivot might also be a little too tight for you, could be worth trying to take a torq to it and see if it lightens up for you enough.

Awesome, strong survival knife and also great in the bush too. Definitely recommend. Only downfall is that it can’t be used with a ferro rod.

Kizer Towser K Black Copper (V4593C3)
The finish and quality of the Kizer knives is very impressive, and any collector should have a close look at them. The hefty copper scales on this model really stand out.

Nothing says I love knives like carrying a copper knife around, certainly not a knife to be missed!
