The mini roast is one of my favorite knives I’ve bought over the last couple months. Highly recommend buying this knife.

Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite Knife Sharpener (WSBCHPAJ-ELT-I)
Great product. Allowed me to maintain a consistent angle while sharpening. Something I struggled with in the past. Definitely worth the investment

getting the angle right is always the hardest part in any sharpening process, so this is a game changer for most people!

Work Sharp WSKTS Diamond Belt Accessory Kit (WSSA0002970-I)
These are useless, the most flimsy belt I have ever bought, bought then to sharpen ceramic knives, barely made dust come off, I bet in 2 minutes it was just a belt, no diamonds left if there was even any on from new

Benchmade Guided Field Sharpener Blue (100604F)
Pretty good, stones run out semi fast but all my knives are now sharp
Response from House of Knives
Mar 15, 2023
Fair point! It really depends what kind of knives are being sharpened, some cheaper soft knives would probably not kill the stones as quickly. But as I always say its better to have to buy new stones, and cutting boards then new knives!

Forged Olive Chef's Knife 8" (OliveKoksmes)
very well designed and metal seems durable. leather sheath and presentation box is very flashy and presents as something "luxurious". Purchased it for a friends birthday and had to return it as she already got the one she wanted but I would've kept it if i was in need of a chef's knife.

Kershaw OSO Sweet (1830)
Love the slick opening mechanism. The handle feels a bit cheap however, too plastic , but overall a great knife

Shes a snappy assist for sure, I can see what you mean with the GFN handle, but I do love the texture helps you feel like its not going to slip from the snappy assist!

Nite Ize Gear Tie 6" Assorted 1pc (GT6-09CA-A1)
Assorted colours is fine but selection for colour choice would be better. Also the photo is misleading if you don’t read the full description it appears like you’re purchasing all 6 of the colours. They are sold individually a little misleading. Will see how many times they bend before they break. I’ll be using them to hang a lantern.
