Leatherman Wave Plus Multi Tool (832524)
Bought it as a gift for my dad. He loves it. I have a black one of these myself and I can say it's one of the nicest multitools I've ever had the pleasure of having. The tools are easily accessible, all the cutting utensils are on the outside save for the scissors. Love it.

I had a similar knife but after many years, it broke. I replaced it with the same model because I like. I cannot honestly answer your question now because I have not had it long enough to know if it will stand up to years of use like my previous one.
