Kizer In-Yan Orange G10 (V4573N2)
I was suitably surprised by the In Yan. It’s larger than I typically like for a folder, but it’s slim cross section doesn’t make it feel that bulky. Excellent lock up, smooth action. The only issue with the knife is you have to sweep the flipper - if you pause at the deployment point the back of the blade will catch on your finger.

Thank you for the feedback Curtis, I noticed the flipper too, you get used to it pretty quickly if you fidget like I do!

SENCUT Sachse Brown Micarta (S21007-3)
This knife spoke to me right out of the box. It feels much more expensive than it was. The finish of both the blade and the micarta is top notch. The flipper mechanism works beautifully and has a nice clean snap. When the knife is open it has an utterly natural feel in the hand; well-balanced and sturdy. It comes with a small zippered carry case that I can actually see myself using. Overall, I think this knife is a outstanding value for money. I will absolutely be buying more from Sencut.

Schrade Old Timer Gunstock Trapper Yellow (SCH94OTY)
From the outside, this is a great medium sized pocket knife. The colour is delightful and the fit/finish of the back and ends of the knife are terrific. However, the pivots are bone-dry. You can almost hear the sound of metal grinding on metal when trying to open the blades. They were installed too tightly and without any lubrication. I'm hoping some light oil will help.

Kershaw Cargo (2033)
I bought this knife to use in a small gear/tool pouch for camping and hiking. It's well-sized and light, making it suitable for that role. The Cargo is very well constructed and arrives sharp. The fit and finish of the locking mechanism and the jumping are very well-done.
However, the pivot is very tight, making this a two hand open. And, if we're being honest, it might be a bit over-priced currently. I would love to see what a Cargo II looks and feels like.

KA-BAR Short Tanto Black (5054)
Very nice little mini ka-bar. The only downside is it's a lot smaller than I realized, I have small to medium hands and the handle is a little on the small side even for me. I'm saving the knife for a gift for a small woman or child now.

CIVIVI Button Lock Elementum II G10 Black (C18062P-1)
Cool little knife. Materials are good, easy to open and close with the button lock & flipper. We were all waiting for the flipper version after Civivi released the original button lock. Now all we need is an XL version with a 4" blade. HOK service is A+++ as usual.

Global Ceramic Sharpening Rod 13.5" (71G74)
Amazing sharpening rod ! Works better than a steel one from what I’ve experienced so far. My only disappointment was the fact that the description told 13.5 inch in length, but it was the total length and not the sharpening part (description corrected by House of Knives). Definitely recommend it.

Kizer Cormorant Titanium Grey (KI4562A4)
I absolutely love the Cormorant. You can deplot the blade in 5 different ways! The action is outstanding! I have almost every variation of this knife and this one is by far the nicest. The titanium frag pattern is so cool; I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on one of these. Kizer's build quality and materials are pro! HOK fast free shipping and service is amazing as usual.

Really nice blade shape. The thumb studs are well designed which make it very easy to open with one hand. This knife runs on bearings which makes the action very smooth.
