Looks great, edge stays sharp spring is a bit sticky doesn’t open and lock all the way without help

Hey Ken, I know some of the spring assisted knives are tightened a little too much but a quick quarter turn of a torq usually cleans that up real nice, if you need any help please email us at service@houseofknives.ca

Kussi Vented Blade Guard Wide 8" (KS-WI8-V3)
Perfect little sheath/guard for any knife up to 8" in length. Worked very well with our new Kori Artisan Santoku 7" knife and provides great protection while also allowing the knife to dry properly after washing. There is enough spring/tension on the guard to securely hold your knife in place and can also be used on magnetic hangers if you choose to store them this way (though, I would recommend hanging without the guard). Great value.

Kori Dual Grit Ceramic Steel 10" (KOR-05-10)
Perfect accessory for your Kori knife (or any other Japanese knife you purchase!). It's awesome that there is both a honing rod and sharpener built into one. Very innovative and high quality materials! Made in Germany, I expect this rod to last a very long time.

Kori Artisan Santoku Knife 7" (7711-18)
What an incredible knife! This is the first time we are trying out a Japanese style knife and we were blown away by the quality and build of this one! Though pricy, this knife's cutting ability, weight/balance, and finish easily justify the price tag. This specific Santoku has a slightly more aggressive cutting angle so you're able to "rock" slightly while chopping smaller herbs or vegetables.
It was a gift for a family member, and the first time they used it, they said, "it's like cutting butter!" and that's no joke! I strongly recommend the Kori honing rod/sharpener to keep this thing like new. Will never go back to traditional cheap knives again, this is a clear winner!

Victorinox Swiss Classic Folding Utility Knife Green (6.7836.F4B)
It's really superb - super sharp, blade has a liner lock, so it's safe, it's light, it's slicey - thin and agile, and folds into your pocket. I've used it on vegetables, steaks (fantastic) and even a couple of cardboard boxes. From now on, I'm carrying it with me when I go to family restaurants, as it's far superior to their worn old cutlery! I'm ordering another with a smooth blade as well. Also, the handle is grippy.

Nice as a free gift but meant for small pocket knives, if you purchase Kizer knives anything with an XL won’t fit into this case.

Kizer Mini Roach Green G10 (V3477C1)
It’s a sweet little EDC, I’m happy I purchased it. You can’t go wrong with Kizer Blades. House of knives is pretty great as well I placed the order for this knife about 8 days before Christmas and it arrived before Christmas. Careful though once you buy one you’ll want more, so if you don’t collect stuff you can tell your wife, at least I’m not into watches. If you do collect stuff, you might be in trouble if you go down this road.
