Zwilling Charcoal Block 11 Slots (35006-105)
Avoid this one. Loved this block colour but it chips off at the knife slot after awhile and mine arrived with a crack and dent and I should have returned it then but was just done after going through 2 already. Going to buy a natural wood one again.

Shun Premier 5.5" Nakiri Knife (TDM0742)
I pu4chased this knife for a gift for my son. This brand was recommended to us by a chef. My son already has few in his collection of the Shun Premier knifes and its his favorite brand. This knife did not disappoint. Worth every penny. I would buy again. Highly recommend.

Kori Artisan Santoku Knife 7" (7711-18)
Sharp, cuts well and the grooves on the sides help keep food from sticking to the knife. Handle fits a smaller hand well too.

So true! its a perfect full sized knife but with a slightly more petite handle making it easy to control!
