Shun Premier 3pc Starter Knife Set (TDMS0300)
I returned the knives as they were not the same knives I ordered.
The ones I ordered had different handles that the ones I received.

Benchmade Mini Bugout S30V Black on Black (533BK-2)
I'm very impressed with this knife. Very lightweight, extremely sharp, good looking, and a perfect size for me. Action was a little stiff at first, but now is easy and smooth.
I'd never heard of Benchmade before. At least I thought I hadn't. Then I realized it's a featured brand name in the movie "Kick-***" with Nicolas Cage!

Work Sharp Knife and Tool Sharpener Ken Onion Edition (WSKTS-KO-C)
Is a nice sturdy little machine. Was able to do a series of 6 kitchen knives for my 5 restaurants. I forget that the belts are very much a consumable item and they started to wear quite a bit after the first few sets. The design is really convenient and straightforward, it has a good amount of power and make sharpening knifes a breeze. Is also easy to use with other implements.

Victorinox Rosewood 8" Serrated Bread Knife (5.1630.21RUS3)
Really happy with it. Haven't had chance to use to on crusty bread but it feels great and sliced through bread rolls beautifully. Super sharp too. I already sliced my thumb!
