I bought this budget version of the Cicada just out of curiosity of the ergos it has and blade geometry. I might buy the magnacut version in the future from WMK. The overall design is good, the pocket clip is little stiff and it has good blade detent. The blade of course is very sharp and is a good alternative to a Benchmade Bugout which I have also. Now my complaint. I wish House of Knives gives more selections for delivery service. Canada post is very unreliable and dishonest. Twice they said they delivered my package and I was presently home waiting for my parcel only to find a delivery card on my door knob. I recently bought a Civivi Over the Yonder, I have to pickup at Home Hardware post office tomorrow. In the future if I see only Canada Post as a delivery option White Mountain knives will be getting my business or Blades Canada if they have the same knife even if it costs more. I will gladly give my patronage to UPS or FedEx. They value me better as a customer. Time is money my friend.

Beautiful knife love the detail great action and lock up. Love that it has a both thumb studs and flipper deployment options. I think QSP has some of the nicest blade finishes, the do a great mirror polish and satin finish. Could use a pocket clip or a sheath of some sort but that’s minor. Overall this is an excellent knife for that price.

This is going to be my EDC workhorse. For the price this knife is excellent! Very smooth action on the thumb stud flipping and the crossbar works great, the tension is just right on it. Feels very nice in the hand and is sturdy. Blade is nice and sharp out of the box. This one is a winner!

I like Kizer knives and this is no exception. The Hawk has a very premium looking blade that has a very nice polished DLC type coating. It has a bit of sheen and have to say, looks unusual (in a real good way).
Fit and finish is great, materials have been put together without any flaws. The scales are done well with intricate detail.
The one thing this knife has as its signature I guess you could say, is the sound of the action. The click is very distinct and different from most folders. It’s easily identified over other knives by just the sound of its opening. Definitely pleasing to the ear.
Of course, HOK shipped fast and I had no issues with delivery right to my front door. Good product and good company to buy from.
