Awesome knife,fast shipping.

Clean knife, good price, fast shipping

This knife is an excellent value. Great size, great UI, great lock, decent steel, and valuable bells and whistles if you're looking for an emergency/rescue knife. It's a noteworthy competitor in the medium-small EDC category of folding sport knives, alongside the Benchmade Bugout and Kershaw Iridium. This knife is not as nice as those two, but is probably a better value, and the only one of the three to have rescue features.
The caged bearing pivot washers and crossbar lock make the knife robust and safe, but still fun, fidgety, and friendly. The rescue features are functional and ergonomic; the glass breaker looks like it will work at least once, and the locking line cutter works great. Saving it for emergency use will be difficult, as it can do a bunch of idle cutting chores very well in places where the main blade would be cumbersome or inappropriate. AEB-L steel is not an edge retention king, but very tough and very stainless - well suited to the knife's emergency/rescue niche.
What kept this review from a full five stars is that the knife is heavy for its size, and its blade is a bit thin compared to its weight and overall thickness. This is even more noticeable when compared to its aforementioned competitors.
Also, this may have been corrected, but at the time of my purchase, the House of Knives website claimed that this knife came with removable toothpick and tweezers, like the other versions of Aegis that Kizer had released. Be forewarned, this is not the case. The Aegis-T trades the toothpick and tweezers for a glass breaker and locking line cutter. Not a trade I'm terribly frustrated to have made at the end of the day, but I was misinformed all the same.
For TL;DR, see the title of this review.

I love it. Perfect size.

Liked the original, but was never a fan of the thumb studs.
The Flytanium version is just great. Good size for EDC. Looks good without be pocket julery. Just love it.

The blue on this Fenrir is beautiful and compliments the damascus blade, there is no scale pattern on this model, making it smooth and slippery, just the way I like my handles. This is my third tenable Fenrir in my collection, I do have 3 Kansept Fenrirs as well. I really like the blade shape and hopefully I will have a few more by the end of the year. If I had only one choice of knife shapes the Fenrir would be it.

Nice little capable little fixed blade for edc.
Awesome service as always.

works great thank you

Love it. Top notch quality. Super fidgety

I was never sure about buying a Spyderco knife, but I finally decided to take a chance. This knife is amazing! I don’t know why I didn’t buy one sooner. The factory edge is so good that I didn’t even have to sharpen it. This all black version is sick. The shape of the handle makes it very comfortable to use. The G10 is very grippy too. After a few days of use I was so impressed that I ordered a Para 3 Black G10 as well.

Excellent knife! Action was tight out of the box. Needed a bit of the old graphite lubrication trick. Once it broke in the action became just unbelievably smooth - better than my knives on washers. I love the colour scheme, especially the olive stud and spacer accents. People complain that grivory is too flexible. To me it feels indestructible. Perhaps that's because the taggedout has one more spacer than the bugout so the construction is more supportive. It is incredibly light overall, and disappears in the pocket. To me, because it is so thin and light it is not too big for EDC. And this is perfect as a portable hunting knife as well which is my intended primary use. The blade feels a bit chippy but that might just be the benchmade 14 degree edge angle on the hunt series and not reflective of the steel or heat treat. My only complaints are that I wish it were slightly thicker to fit my hand size better (I don't think that would affect the portability), and that the scales feel very sharp on the inside edges. When I hold the knife open I can really feel it, and I think I may have to wear the edges down with sandpaper or something.

Great knife! Looks awesome and arrived quickly.
This is the second knife I've bought from here and it's always great service.

I love this knife, I have 2. A bit heavy, mid bulk but it has all the bells and whistles. Fun and fidgety too

Budget friendly, tanto serrated rugged steel.Glas breaker and rope/ belt cutter add to its activity features. Highly professional alternative of Benchmade Bailout.

man this is a freaking beast very well made... blade was dead center.... the opening sound is addictive ....you need strong finger to trigger the opening ... if you cant flick the wrist at the same time it will help... serioulsy my most beautiful folder ... i own a lot for saying this... as always shipping was one week since im in quebec and it come from the bc... thank you house of knive

Tried both in my hand syperco feels a lot better in my hand. Great quality

Knife is great all around. Sheath is good. Knife is a great size for hunting/camping/hiking.
Good price

Nice knife but not very sharp. once I sharpened it's much better. If was sharp would have gave 5 stars

Nice knife I think it's better than the militaw.

Fantastic. My first drop bear and I'm glad I waited for this version. Action is crisp, top-liner lock is smooth and drop shut, no hardware or branding to be seen, tail mounted clip, and hollow grind. What more can you ask for? Feels almost like a custom but at a great price. If they ever do a magnacut version of this I am all over it.
