Light. Pretty. Smooth. Not as fond of the tip up carry as I'm used to tip down....but I'm getting used to it. Conceals nicely in my front pocket. Should be a life long carry if I don't lose it ;)

Kershaw Camshaft (1370)
Great EDC couldn't be happier, quality product. Knife came with slight burr on cutting edge. After a few passes on the stone the burr was gone and it's a nice clean sharp edge now.

Bestechman Dundee Grey D2 G10 Orange (BMK01H)
This is a great knife. I use it as my Every Day Carry. It fits great in the pocket. The clip keeps it in place. Very comfortable in the hand. This is my 2'nd Bestechman. I lost the first one that was a grey color. The ORANGE should make it more visible.

Wusthof Classic Half Bolster Cook's Knife 8" (1040130120)
I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife. She loves to cook but didn’t have a proper high-quality chef’s knife, so I went down the rabbit hole and did a lot of research before settling on this one. Being a bit of a knife nerd, I was mainly looking at steel type, heat treatment, geometry, and overall balance.
The steel was a big factor for me because it offers a great balance of edge retention, toughness, and ease of maintenance—perfect for the way she cooks at home. The blade profile and length are also really well thought out. It has a nice balance between belly and flat spot, which makes it great for both chopping and slicing. The grind is thin enough behind the edge to move through food efficiently without feeling fragile.
Fit and finish are solid, and the balance point feels right where you’d want it for comfortable prep work. Out of the box it came plenty sharp, and when the time comes it should take a new edge easily on the stones and get right back to a screaming sharp razor edge.
So far she absolutely loves it, and it’s been a great addition to the kitchen.
