Messermeister Oliva Elite Gourmet Set 4 Pc (E/6000-4SB)
Beautiful set of knives! High quality craftsmanship. Of course night and day replacing the $69.95 set my mom gave me when I moved out 15 years ago!

Hello Yves, For me it is the beautiful handles on these knives and the almost Japanese level thinness of the blade and how light they are. Absolutely stunning knives!

Awesome knife. Came super sharp right out of the box. Best EDC in my opinion. I like the slim profile of this knife. I love the carrying friendly light weight of this knife. Very happy with my purchase.

CIVIVI Conspirator Cuibourtia Wood (C21006-3)
If you are already considering this knife then I think you will be very happy with it. This was my first non multitool knife so I am a noob but I did do some research before making this purchase. When it showed up(very quickly I might add) it was pristine. Damn near perfect blade centring. Scales look just as they are pictured here. Smooth action. A great button lock. Great gimping. A nitro v blade with a really nice stone wash. Thereâs a lot to like. And when you hold it in your hand it feels like quality. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience.

CRKT Provoke With Veff Serrations (4040V)
This is a handy little knife, very durable. I got the serrated blade since they're more painful to be cut with and as I'll be using this for self defense on the trail I want whatever I'm cutting to know I mean business. The only downside is the knife comes extremely dull, I can literally put force on it and run my finger downn the blade without getting cut. So if you're going to get the serrated one be prepared to buy a serrated knife sharpener with it.

CRKT LCK + (3801)
These are nice but the pressure it takes to deploy the blade is different on every one. Also I have one I've used a short while. When you put pressure on the blade it locks and you need a screwdriver to release it. very annoying.

Spyderco Tenacious Black G10 (C122GP)
This was my 2nd purchase from House of Knives and both experiences were great. After purchasing a small CRKT knife. the Pilar 3, I decided to take a chance on a Spyderco knife. There is such a great range of choices to choose from but I decided to go with an old design but at a decent price, the Tenacious! I ordered it here in Halifax on Monday and it arrived early on Thursday! When I opened the box and saw the Tenacious I loved it. When I tried to open it, it was very stiff compared to the Pilar which is on bearings. After fidgeting with it for a couple hours I started getting the thumb flick and the spydie flick. I love this knife! It arrived razor sharp and it slices so well! I am not really hard on my knives but I can really appreciate the full grind blade when cutting boxes and other items. Thanks for the great service HOK and thanks to Spyderco for making great knives that don't break the bank when you buy them!
