1000/6000 Grit Whetstone - exactly as advertised. Duel grit stone works steel effectively and efficiently. Cleans well with water and little or no loading after heavy use.

I was gifted one of these recently & I have a hard time saying or finding anything negative about Kershaw knives. Sturdy, feels good in the hand & a sharp edge. Very highly recommended, great value for your money. A+++

A very pleasant surprise with fast opening blade that holds a sharp edge very well. Easy to keep sharp as well. Fits the hand nicely.

My wife has a hard time gripping due arthritis, this effective unit has made it much easier!

Amazing piece of work, right out of the box, very sharp. Came perfectly adjusted, the broad blade plus amazing color scheme & it fits the hand well, I highly recommend this knife to all that demand quality!

Great knife, perfect size and blade shape for multiple usages. The flip action is a bit stiff out of the box but no need for a disassemble or lubrication just keep flipping it and it will become smooth as butter. Over all nice edc.

Fits hand well for a small knife, good design. Has great fidget factor. Fast delivery, packaged well

Beautiful knife, good action, quality you expect from Civivi. Fast delivery, good packaging

The Blur is a great design by Ken Onion, with good ergonomics, and when Kershaw came out with a M4 steel version that was all it took to get me to buy one.

I would love to see Ken Onion do a collaboration with Zero Tolerance to make an upscale version of this knife in 20CV, with a titanium handle and carbon fiber scales. That would be something to see.

To add: Ken Onion has done some collaborations with ZT, but with 30CV and G10. I'd really like to see his work get the same treatment that Hinderer, Sinkevich, and Emerson got, in terms of materials for a Blur homage.

Great nice, excellent service

I have seen a lot of hate online RE this model of the M16, specifically about the flipper action. While it is obviously not as smooth as flippers with ballbearings, if you add a little oil and fine-tune the center bolt just a hair, it performs as well as any other comparable flipper.

Where this knife excels: The blade is Sandvik 12C27, which is FAR better than a lot of the other budget steel CRKT uses. I have stropped this knife to a frightening sharpness and even in the limited time that I have used it, I can tell that the edge retention is great. I do like the adjustable pocket clip, though when in a right side, tip-up carry (most ideal for right handed users), it creates a hot spot on your palm, so I need to have it oriented on the opposite side for the knife to be comfortable in the hand (the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5) and when oriented as such, the knife has good (not excellent) ergonomics. The stainless steel frame has a nice "heft" to it. It feels durable. Time will tell, but I have no doubt that this knife will be able to take a beating. Finally, the fit and finish is just really nice. The M16 is an iconic design that catches the eye while still being incredibly functional. The bronze is a REALLY nice touch. I love it and I know it'll make my buddies jealous!

Cons: Hotspots with certain pocket clip orientations. Just the tiniest bit of blade play when adjusted to make the flipper work smoothly (almost unnoticeable, but it's there). Not razor sharp out of the box. While most other knife manufacturers are really stepping up their game with out-of-the-box quality, I find CRKT lacks in this category.

Conclusion: This is a great, functional work/outdoors knife. I really do think I can beat on it and it'll hold up to most tasks. Really happy about the blade steel and I love the design. The price for this knife is decent. With so many other knife companies stepping up their game, you can definitely find better for this price point, I just really like the M16 design.

Shoutout to House of Knives who got this thing shipped out to me in 3 days (BC to ON).

Just received my benchmade 535bk 4. Wow! Everything I expected. I have to thank House of knives for outstanding after sale support. Invoice clear easy to read, shipped out on Fedx same day I placed order. Couldn’t be happier. Already preparing my next purchase. Thx

My first Civivi and I am not disappointed, the micarta scales feel great in the hand and it deploys with smooth action, button lock actuation feels good as well.

Paired with a custom black lanyard and black WE titanium bead it is super handsome. Very happy.

Loved it. Sadly I lost it so I’ll be buying another.

I bought the $45 mixed badger shaving brush over 7 years ago from House of Knives. I have used it more than 700 times since purchasing it and it still looks and performs like it’s brand new. It is at the top of my ‘best money ever spent’ list.
Thank You!!

Great overall knife. First or second spyderco and I'm impressed. Good deal on sale but price is a bit steep. With that being said everything is perfect on the knife. Centering is great, no blade play, and it's razor sharp. Will be buying more in future. Great knife to get into pocket knives!

Top of the line in every respect. Light, balanced, sharp, good looking, centered when closed. Knowledgable sales person. Sure, expensive, but good quality does not come cheep, no matter what you buy. I am considering purchasing another lesser Benchmark for everyday use and saving this one for backpacking outings.

Great knife. Sharp , both in use and looks. Fits perfect inside a suit jacket or sport coat for edc. Opening is firm but it’s new , that may improve . The jumping on the blade works to add leverage . A great knife that gets daily use.

Love the monochromatic look of this knife. Very sharp out of the box. On the smaller size for those with big hands but still very manageable. Quality is very good. Blade perfectly centered right out of the box. Delivery was smooth and HOK did awesome job of keeping me updated on status of delivery.
Very impressed with product and delivery.

one of the smoothest flippin' civivis i have. and i love the micarta scales on this one.
