CIVIVI Lazar Copper Damascus Clad (C20013-DS1)
It’s really nice, handle comes slightly darker than the picture but oxidizes and looks great, the metal holds up well, it’s worth it

Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener (WSBCHPAJ)
Love it, for what it is it is spectacular, don’t get confused thinking it is a edge pro or a wicked edge substitute. It gets the job done for hair popping sharpness, and is an excellent value. Very happy with my purchase, the upgrade kit will be next.

Kershaw Shuffle II - Tanto, Tan, Blackwash (8750TTANBW)
The blade came reasonably sharp and the action is smooth. The only gripe is that the plastic handle feels cheap and had some pretty sharp edges.

Miyabi Mizu 7" Santoku Knife (32917-181)
Awesome knife. I have a Henckel 4 star 7" santoku (hollow ground) and a Shun Premier 6" utility knife. When I cut cheese with either of them the cheese really sticks to both of them. I find it best to use another knife to slip in between the knife and the cheese to release without breaking the cheese into tiny pieces. With the powdered edge on the Mizu I can just push on the cheese a bit and it releases easily. Aged cheddar or creamy brie, didn't matter - it release from the side of the blade. Super sharp knife too and feels like a good weight and balance in my hand.

It's a great knife don't know if it's just the one that I have but it's a bit sticky and likes to grab when it's closed making it hard sometimes to flick open not sure if it's me that's making this happen and this is the way they all are it is my first ball bearing knife anyone who happened to dream of

This knife is a game changer. Such smooth flipping action. Beautiful blade geometry. Great hand feel. Plus the brass handle is next level! I will be adding more Civivi knives to my collection. I already added another Elementum with a micarta handle as a back up!
