Shun Sora Hollow Ground 7" Santoku Knife (VB0718)
This has been my go to knife ever since I bought it a couple of months ago. I use it for everything every day and it’s still super sharp.

Shun Classic 6" Meat Cleaver (DM0767)
The Shun meat cleaver is awesome, asking with other Shun knives I have. It is high quality, well designed with a good weight, fitting nicely in my hand and sharp. It cuts through meat snd bones easily.

Peugeot Bali Fonte Cast Iron Pepper Mill 3" - Orange (35426)
The grinder is very hard to rotate it’s too bad because I love everything about the pepper mill, the style, good weight and a very comfortable grip but to get the pepper out no so good

Purchased two of these. On one of the them the screws holding the clip were too long making it very difficult to open. Remote the clip and screws and problem solved. The other has a loose clip and the screws will not tighten or turn out to be removed. Meanwhile the clip is loose and of no use. I would not by them again.

EdgeLogix Carbide Pocket Sharpener - Green (CP021G)
The sharpener is easy to use and works well.
On the other hand the two knives I purchased are of poor quality.

Victorinox Compact (1.3405-X1)
As the name suggests the Victorinox compact is indeed compact being a 2 layer knife and has a lot of usability. It is arguably the most useful urban EDC pocket knife available depending on your needs. If you are interested in this knife I recommend watching some YouTube videos on this model to see what makes this particular knife. I purchased a pocket clip made by key smart for the lanyard loop. Could not be happier with the pocket clip and how the knife sits in my pocket. I also switched out the classic red scales for black scales. I stuck with Victorinox stock scales as opposed to aftermarket.
I wanted to make sure the tweezers, toothpick and pen slid and fit securely just as it would from the factory. The black adds a little class to the knife and doesn’t shout Swiss Army knife when you pull it out to use it the way the traditional red does. This is just my personal opinion. Could not be happier with my purchase. House of Knives was a breeze to deal with.

Shun 3pc Sharpening System (DM0610)
We have used it to sharpen 2 knives and they came out just fine. We learned how to do this by watching videos. It is helpful to have the guide so we can sharpen our knives at the correct angle. I had been worrying for a while how I was going to sharpen my beautiful Shun knife and am so glad to have this device.
