Opinel No.7 Carbon Steel (113070)
Sharp but a bit softer than expected. Only used a couple dozen times to carefully open paper envelopes but noticed some spots where the edge has folded. Great value for the money though. Would buy again.

Benchmade Osborne Clip Point (943)
I love my Benchmade Osborne 943, Very smooth satisfying opening and closing action, I find myself playing with it all the time when I’m sitting watching TV. Only thing I wish it had a deep carry Pocket clip, that’s the reason for 4-star

Shun Classic Blonde 5pc Block Set (DMS0540W)
Very satisfied with the knife sharpness. The reason for the 3 stars is that it took over 2 weeks for Shun to respond to my request about one of the knife that had a light brown stain on the blade, and their response was to sent it for them to verify it and see what they could do. Not really happy with the end result and I should have bought the knifes locally...

Black Tusk Portable Utensil Set Orange (PRUTST-OR)
I find it somewhat annoying to clean but overall like the product. My only other issue was figuring out how to separate them because I had thrown out the packaging. Sent a request for help & got a very prompt & fast response! Thanks!
