Victorinox Fibrox 10.25" Serrated Bread Knife (40547-5.2933.26)
Everything from the ordering to the knife itself met with my approval. The time from online ordering to delivery was fast. The knife handles my homemade sour dough with ease, a function that other serrated knives I've used struggled with after the bread was a few days old.

Spyderco Delica 4 Blue FRN Plain Edge (C11FPBL)
It was sharp out of the box but didn't take long to dull. With the blade extended the handle is flexible and doesn't feel strong or secure. After feeling the flex in the handle with daily use I lack confidence in this knife. I bought this to be my new EDC but by default this now in my bedside table and I wear my old Benchmade. I have always like the look/style of Spyderco but this will likely be my last Spyderco knife.

SOG Aegis AT Forest & Moss (11-41-04-41;11-41-04-57)
Great looking knife! A little wide the blade but it’s sturdy as they come! I like the lock up and safety on it, all around a great knife the reason I give 4 stars is because the blade for me is a little thick and I think it could be a little longer !

Benchmade Valet (485)
Perfect gentleman’s knife. Small and non-threatening. Love the harder steel that allows for a longer lasting sharp edge. The action was smooth and easy right out of the box. The knife was a bit heavier than the bugout, but you can’t feel it in the pocket.

Wusthof Classic 7" Nakiri Knife (4193-7;1040132617)
The Wusthof Classic Nikiri is easy to handle and incredibly sharp. It slices vegetables and fruits like a dream. I’ve found that the thinner blade also makes it adept at slicing cheese.

Spyderco Delica 4 Blue FRN Plain Edge (C11FPBL)
Love Spyderco knives but this one is not my favourite. Handle feels a bit cheap compared to others I have (chaparral, para 3)

Wusthof 2 Stage Knife Sharpener (4347;3059730101)
These sharpeners are so easy to use and as long as you put your knives though regularly you never need to use any other mechanism. I like the 2 stages, and the ergonomic design.

Victorinox Rosewood 10" Slicing Knife (5.4200.25RUS3)
I have loved the Rosewood series since I first started my culinary career 40 years ago, and they are still that great quality now. The handle is the most important part of a knife for me. The Rosewood is comfortable, pretty, and durable. I recently bought a small set for my sister's wedding gift.

Peugeot Fidji Olivewood Salt Mill 8" (33835)
I need some help in selecting salt. The Himalayan salt that is small pieces I have been grinding into tiny pieces so the grinder works. Disappointed.

My pepper mill is so lovely to hold and the fragrance of the freshly ground pepper is very good for the senses.

Kershaw Eris (1881)
This knife is perfect size for an EDC. This particular model is likely one of the most well built, solid units I own. It's sharp enough to shave with right out of the box and quite snappy on deployment. The gray scales really go well with the open back and shiny little spacers. I bought this knife as part of a collection but can't help but carry it. As far as negative aspects... Although very solid it does seem like it may be a little narrow for some. Its a nice size for your pocket but the weight doesn't let you forget it's there. Again...a preference thing. So..pros- sharp, snappy, beautiful all around, perfect size. CONS- slightly heavy and a little more narrow than a lot of other models. Overall A great buy and very worth the price. You won't be sorry you chose it. As far as House of Knives goes.. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. When I order they package and send it very quickly and items are well packages and arrive in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. You can't ask for much more.
