CIVIVI Anthropos Copper (C903DS-3)
Very attractive looking knife. Got as a gift for someone and they really like it. I wouldn’t want to be using it as a utility knife for every day tasks and ruin it though.

Shun Classic Blonde 7" Santoku Knife (DM0702W)
Bought a Shun Classic for my mother years ago, and it has been her go-to best knife since. This is a very handy general purpose knife for just about any prep job short of boning, or chopping through thick skinned squash. It has been very easy to keep sharp by using a simple pull through 2 stage ceramic wheel sharpener made by Global for Japanese blades. got this one on sale, it is already proving excellent. IMO you can spend a lot more without getting much more but fancy looks. This is a simple, practical entry level Japanese knife.

Victorinox Swiss Classic Folding Paring Knife Black (6.7803.FB)
Great knife for general cooking and sandwich making while camping. No more mayonnaise and cheese squished into my regular swiss army knife. same excellent quality of other Victorinox knives.

This is a great glove. I’m a wood carver and the glove is great for that.

Zero Tolerance 0450 Sinkevich Titanium Small (0450)
I love the knife. It came very sharp and great condition however the blade is very off centre and rubs on the inside of the scale.

Kizer Justice N1 (V4543N1)
The Kizer Justice is an excellent knife! Has absolutely awesome flipping action, using both flipper and thumb studs. Decent blade steel and nice utilitarian design overall. One of my favorite fidget knives. Highly recommended.

CRKT M21 Special Forces - Partial VEFF Serration - Desert (M21-14DSFG)
Best knife I’ve come across by far! Sharper than a razor blade and holds it’s edge through the toughest materials. Super well balanced and easy quick open, almost as quick as a spring loaded blade - especially if you keep it oiled up. I also love the double safety locking mechanism. I was recommended To get this by a good family friend - high ranked Canadian Special Forces Operative for the past 20 years. Well worth the $ and as with any good knife if you take care of it, it will last you a lifetime.
