Kussi Cut Resistant Glove - Medium (CR508M)
This glove can certainly save you from a nasty cut while using your very sharp knife. I’ll use it cutting up a chicken or filleting a whole fish, where my support hand might get close to the blade. Especially important if you are putting a little bit of extra muscle into the cut and can slip. It’s not so good to do fine chopping, like a dicing of a shallot, as the excess material of the glove doesn’t allow the fine motor movements.

Victorinox Swiss Army Executive (53401)
I have had this same model for 30 years. It has always had just what I needed and is still in pretty good shape after all that. I had broken some of the blades and the case finally fell apart so, I ordered the exact same model:).

CIVIVI Ortis Carbon Fiber (C2013DS-1)
Shipping was flawless. Knife is amazing.Carbon Fiber along with Black Damascus...great combination. I get a lot of compliments on this EDC. I use it daily for mainly light duty tasks (cardboard, shrink wrap, tape, envelopes, etc.) and it is holding up. No surprise. Great price point for the value.

Kori Artisan Prep Knife 5.5"(7714-14)
love this knife! It's a bit like a mini chefs knife (but bigger than a paring knife). It is indeed a good all round utility knife. Nicely weighted and very attractive.

Buck 836 Folding Selkirk (0836BRS-10678)
Excellent product. Well weighted and balanced. Blade length and width are impressive. Very sharp with a simple blade closing mechanism, inside the body. The knife sheath was a little bit sticky, but solid construction. The price was excellent. Bought it on-line from the House Of Knives website, on sale, for just over $107 Canadian funds. Delivery was an in store retail pick-up, about 5 business days from the time of the order.. The Buck brand is iconic and would definitely recommend it for purchase. A beautiful knife. A lot of bang fro the buck. No pun intended.
