Kershaw Leek Blackwash (1660BLKW)
Been running Leek's as my go to pocket knife for 10 yrs now. Lost a few over that time but always replace it with another Leek. Blade shape is ideal for an every day tool that stays with you.

Shun Dual Core 4.5" Honesuki Knife (VG0018)
It's a beautifully well-made knife. It does what it was meant to do - cut and bone poultry. The handle fits nicely in my hand and it comfortable to use with the balance falling on the handle side. One complaint I do have is that the pin on the sheath falls off quite easily if you don't press it in hard and the string that ties the pin to the sheath detaches from the sheath easily as well. But in terms of the knife, I am very satisfied.

Kershaw Ember 2" (3560)
Great EDC, small and very sturdy. This is the kind of blade I won't be afraid to mess up, the thickness makes it safe to work with
