Kizer Sheepdog XL Black Carbon Fiber (V5488C3)
The knife is great. The website had the wrong image for the knife but that was fixed and clarified prior to them sending out the knife. All in all is a great knife and the service was great.

Very useful chef's knife - live the smaller size, makes it easy to handle - handle also very comfortable and blade is as sharp as advertised.

Benchmade Bugout Serrated (535S)
Super easy and fast to open and close with one hand. So light and comfortable it can clip onto jogging pants and you barely notice you're wearing it. A bit expensive considering there is very little material, but I guess you're buying the whole package (superior design and function, with a little bit of glass hardened nylon and steel)

Wusthof Gourmet Chinese 7" Cleaver Knife (4691/18;1129500218)
This cleaver is not up to par as the brand’s higher-end products in terms of workmanship. The one I received has a sharp edge at the tip-end of the spine. It also has 2 hairline scratches on the blade. Fortunately, House if Knives was very quick in processing my return request—very impressed with their Customer Service team. I would not recommend this product but I’d definitely recommend buying from House of Knives.
