Shun Premier 7" Asian Chef Knife (TDM0760)
I already own 3 knives from this collection and I could never use anything else but these. I use at least one of them every day! I love them so much I bought this one for my mother. Now SHE uses her knife every day and absolutely loves it!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!! 😀

Kori Artisan 9" Bread Knife (7855-23)
This is the most beautiful bread knife I have ever used.
I make my own sourdough bread and have always struggled with crushing it trying to get through the thick crunchy crust, but this knife cuts with ease.
It’s beautiful to look at, and frighteningly sharp.
Don’t even consider anything else, just buy this knife.

It's super light.
The open/close action is smooth yet still deliberate.
Would buy again.

Shun Classic Ultimate 6" Utility Knife (DM0741)
Very nice blade from Shun. Like the handle, typical razor edge from beautiful hard steel. Kinda struggling how the novice sharpener is going to tackle that job with such an irregular but awesome to use scalloped edge. Good for sandwich making and slicing. Definitely a great addition to the knife block and recommended!

Ice 4 Edge Razolution Safety Razor Mahogany (6488)
I bought this razor last month at a higher price ☹️ But it is truly a quality piece that I enjoy shaving with and is an even better buy this month. I have been using it with 2 blades installed and it produces a good clean shave. Others on the internet talk of using it with only one blade, I have not tried that but the option to do so exists. It does not clog with longer whiskers like the 4 blade cartridges do so I am very happy with its performance.

Kershaw Shuffle II - Tanto, Tan, Blackwash (8750TTANBW)
Knife came sharp. Ergonomically it feels great in the hands except for the plasticy feel of the handle. Great for the price though as a beater camp knife.

I own all larger benchmades for work. Love this for weekends/after work, it’s a gem and could be the perfect blade.

Shun Classic 2pc Kiritsuke Knife Set - HOK Exclusive (DMS0254)
Beautiful knives, unfortunately the factory edge on the kiritsuke was a disappointment. I need to take a stone to it. Would have been a 4 star rating otherwise.
