Spyderco Dragonfly 2 ZDP189 (C28GRE2)
The Spyderco Dragonfly opens well. Fits nicely into watch pocket of jeans. It’s light weight . It takes a decent edge and retains it well. It actually cuts styrofoam with ease. It’s exactly what I wanted.

Shun Kanso 7" Asian Utility Knife (SWT0767)
I love the shape and sharpness but on top of it all, the hight, the length and the weight of the blade give accuracy mix with pleasure in cutting any food you’d like.

Peugeot Paris U-Select Salt Mill 7" - Chocolate (PM23478)
I like the natural feel of the wood and the ease of setting the ground of this product. Its backed by the product design, I like that the grind mechanism is metal to insure longevity of this product. I highly recommend this product for the price and quality.

Kershaw OSO Sweet (1830)
Overall a decent knife for the price. The only issue I had with this product is the reversible belt/pocket clip screws snapped off in the original position when I tried to flip it to its secondary location, leaving me with no clip. Other than that good bang for your buck.

Great strong knife over all, but the edge doesn’t hold very well. Great work knife and easy to sharpen.

Shun Premier 8" Chef's Knife (TDM0706)
I have owned the knife about 5 weeks, this is my first premium chef's knife and very happy with the purchase. Package arrived on expected date in perfect condition. There was, and still are, no chips or blemishes. Knife edge was razor sharp on arrival and has remained very sharp after about 5 weeks of daily use. I did give the edge a quick polish on a 6000 stone about one week ago which was not entirely necessary, but seemed to help re-define the like new feel of the cutting edge.
Overall, no complaints. I will probably buy another Shun knife in the future.

DISCONTINUED Spyderco Shaman Burnt Orange G10 CPM Rex (C229GPBORE)
I noticed some hard to find pocket knives dropped on the old HOK website. I ordered 3 different ones. They were packed perfectly and at a great price. Another great shopping experience.
