Kizer Critical Flipper (Ki4508)
I’m always have been hesitant to order knifes online cause I usually prefer to see the fit n finish 1st hand but so far my experience with ordering through house of knives was easy and hassle free and my order arrived quickly. This knife the Kizer Critical flipper for a heavy blade flipping action is very smooth and definitely an adult fidget spinner on the ceramic bearings but the feel in hand is amazing so impressed with Kizer quality I’m already looking at their entire line for my next knife to my collection
Cheers Definitely recommend this knife (built like a tank)

Messermeister 6" Chef's Edge Guard (EGS-6C)
Practical for keeping knives safe when travelling around with a knife. I don't tend to keep my knives in it when at home because I have a knife block but you can definitely store knives in them in a drawer.

Shun Classic Asian 7" Chef Knife (DM0760)
Its a great knife that's small and practical. I prefer this size over an 8in chef knife. Its great for tasks big or small and lightweight enough that I don't get tired when chopping up lots of veggies. As a female I do have a smaller hand than most so I like the slimmer handled

Work Sharp Knife and Tool Sharpener Ken Onion Edition (WSKTS-KO-C)
Absolutely brilliant!! Does everything I hoped it would on a wide variety of knives: kitchen, folders and fixed knives. There’s something inherently satisfying about a really sharp knife. A ‘guy’ thing I guess. Thanks.

Sweet little folder, sharp and solid. probably should have gone with the bigger model but no complaints with it.

Wusthof Classic Santoku 7" Hollow Ground Edge Knife (4183-7/18; 1040131317)
The Santoku knife holds it’s edge very well. The only down side is it’s inability to shed off the sliced veggies that have the tendency to stick to the blade.

Great company to deal with and this was the first of the CTX line. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I love the Scanpan products and the CTX line is a shining star to that line.

Perfect little EDC knife. Sharp, sturdy in good quality S30v steel, light enough for horizontal carry, you don't notice it. A production knife with custom looks.
