Shun Premier 5.5" Nakiri Knife (TDM0742)
I have several Shun knives, And I love them. This one has the best balance of any knife I have held. It just feels awesome. - it’s my new favourite!
I bought 13 of them and gave them to my best friends because I like it that much.

Spyderco Para 3 Lightweight Rex 45 Sprint (C223BORE)
Very shap and lightweight knife. Edge retention seen to be very good. The REX 45 steel do however required special care and corrode very easily. For that reason, it`s a knife i wouldn't be using everyday.

Kershaw Scallion - Framelock (1620FL)
Sharp, sleek and very nice opener - only reason not 5 stars is the blade lock easily becomes unlocked when you use the belt clip of the knife

Victorinox Poly Handle 3" Paring Serrated Knife - Black (5.3033S-40509)
I thought I ordered the straight blade paring knife but the serrated showed up it's a great knife but I was really hoping for the straight blade.

Benchmade Hidden Canyon Hunter Dymondwood (15016-2)
I had to use this nice of smoked fish to cut through skin. Barely got through the skin. Not happy with the amount I paid for something that does not work.

Shun 6-Slot Slimline Block - Dark Stain (DM0846)
Feels like a good quality piece and is the ideal size to have on the counter. Also shipped very quickly, only took a couple business days arrive. The downside is I was expecting to get the piece with the stain as shown, a cooler dark toned espresso, however the actual stain is more of a warm golden brown, hardly dark at all. Wish it had the stain as shown otherwise it would have been perfect but unfortunately will be returning as the colour doesn't fit with my kitchen. Otherwise a great piece if you aren't specific about the colour!

Benchmade Puukko (200)
The blade is too thick and the grind and BTE angle are too obtuse for a puukko, despite having a decent palm swell the handle is still too thin in the upper and lower portion which feels a bit angular in my hands, it's a good knife in terms of quality and material, but the design is lacking, and there's a gap where the handle material meets the blade, which will allow water to enter and cause rust for the blade material in the handle, and also not to mention the 3 dollar sheath. But the service of House of Knives is top notch and accepted my return

Kershaw Link (1776)
It's a good knife, but was set too tight, so the assisted open did not open. I loosened it up just a bit, and now if's fine.

Benchmade Mini Griptilian 556 Olive Handle Black Blade (556BKOD-S30V)
Great knife, smooth clean action. Easy website purchase and very fast shipping! Only issue is knife is 1/2" shorter blade and 1" shorter overall that website specs and with big hands I was quite disappointed to find it was so much smaller than I thought I was getting. So, 5 star on the knife, but 2 on website details.
