Shun Premier 7" Asian Chef Knife (TDM0760)
Very sharp, love how it slices veggies, afraid to use it for chopping or cutting meat.
Time will tell how sharp it will last. Wish it came with a sheath to protect it.

Kershaw Ferrite (1557TI)
Great quality pocket knife! The spring assist works perfectly but is secure enough when closed that there’s no worry of it accidentally opening in your pocket. Razor sharp blade and fits the hand comfortably.

Shun Premier 5pc Starter Block Set (TDMS0512)
This is a great starter set! The knives are not just beautiful pieces of art, but they are super sharp. I love that they are lightweight and very comfortable to hold. Makes prepping food such a joy! Looking forward to continue building my Shun collection in the future. Thank you House of Knives!

Benchmade Griptilian 551 - S30V Steel (551-S30V)
This was my first purchase from HOK and I was very pleased with how easy it was to search and compare knives on their site as well as how fast my shipment went out. I'm a huge fan of the Griptilian knife as well. I love the locking mechanism and the overall quality. The one wish I have is that the blade was slightly sharper out of the box.
