Inova X5 Titanium (X5DM-HT)
Seems to be very durable and strong good product, have not used it outdoor yet but I'm sure it will do it's job properly from what I see so far.

Opinel No.6 Carbon Steel (113060)
I’ve seen these knives for years, behind glass and oddly inexpensive, so I didn’t give them much mind and didn’t really ‘get’ them. In fact, I only ordered one to hit the minimum spend required for free shipping. But now that I’ve used it, its utter simplicity is a marvel. The locking mechanism is brilliant (albeit a two-handed process), the blade is sharp, the hand-feel is perfect, and the weight (or lack thereof) is excellent. I really enjoy using it, which seems like a strange thing to say about a knife. I’ve ordered more and they will take permanent roles in our various picnic/camping/hiking bags and kits, replacing the sheathed kitchen knives now filling that role.

Haven't had this knife all that long, but so far so good. Has a good edge and the Ikon Classic handles are very nice.

Wusthof Knife Block Small Beechwood (7250B)
The knife block itself is fine, although some of the slots are smaller than I thought they would be. Turns out I may need to go to a larger block.

Shun Classic Blonde 5pc Block Set (DMS0540W)
The knives are good, but I received one knife with bent tip. I haven’t received any follow up with two emails asking for an explanation.

Black Tusk Rescue Knife Orange (RSQ-OR)
This knife isn’t great, but it’s a good backup tool to keep around. A sturdy blade capable of some chopping, but did not arrive very sharp. Assisted opening is a bit awkward, and it’s hard to close because the lock spring is too far below the scale.

Kershaw Method (1170)
The blade and action are very nice, but the flipper could be a bit bigger. No issues with it being loose or tight.
The handle is G10 and grippy, but a pretty bland cheap looking design in hand. The knife is extremely light and portable, but the clip is non-removable, and you’re stuck with right handed tip down only.
Nice little knife for a good price.

Kori Artisan 8" Chef Knife (7801-20)
Did not expect to find this level of value at such a great price. Within 2 weeks this has completely replaced my Wusthof Classic 8" Chef's Knife for all uses.
- Handle is much more ergo-friendly for my hand, less chafing and can keep up for longer without needing to adjust my hand.
- Blade is absolutely beautiful and cuts like a dream. Aesthetics may not be AS important as functionality, but in this case both are spot on.
- Weight and balance of the handle/blade are on point. Great feel in the hand and effortless chopping.
All around five-star review, love this knife and will absolutely reach for a Kori knife when I need to replace any other knives in the future!!! Great job team!

Kershaw Dividend Olive (1812OLCB)
Really like the knife but the speedsafe stopped working a week after I got it. I'm an accountant and I bought the knife for a pocket knife to go with my keys so there was NO hard use. I understand they will fix it but that is a hassle and a shipping cost. Disappointing.

Buck 501 Squire (0501RWS-B)
I lost my Buck 501 of over 20 years on a fishing trip and was elated to find that they are still available. This knife is every bit as good as my old one, maybe better. The sharpness on arrival is very impressive.
