Bought this for my wife for her birthday. She couldn’t believe how much of a better job these did compared to her old drugstore brand ones. She has been most pleased.

Shun Premier Combination Steel 9" (TDM0790)
I bought 2 knives in your Nanaimo Store and received a coupon for free sharpening. Well my chef knife is not sharp so I thought I would get a sharpening/ honing steel. Now I just need to learn how to use it.
Shopping was easy, I tried to get a $10 off coupon but didn’t work. Anyway shopping was okay and shipping was fast.

Boker Plus Burnley Kwaiken Mini Flipper Carbon (01BO283)
A beautiful knife. A couple of issues. If I had it to do over again, I would pick one with different scales. The carbon fiber is pretty, but not very grippy. Maybe G10 if they make one, The flipper is very stiff, hopefully it will be better over time and usage. It's a lot heavier than I had expected from such a small knife.

Shun Premier 8" Chef's Knife (TDM0706)
The knife is fabulous! My son is a cooking enthusiast and was bursting at the seams after using it for the first time! A birthday gift was well received - the only disappointment was no blade protector! I ordered one, but thought it would come with one!
