Victorinox Swiss Army Wine Master Damast (0.9701.J19)
Expensive, but a work of art. Manufactured to the highest standards, both in terms of workmanship and in materials. A true collector's item. My only annoyance is that Victorinox does not include a leather pouch for this tool - they include one for the non-collectible version, which sells at a third of the price of this item. A pouch is essential for those of us who actually want to use this tool, rather than lock it up in the cupboard.

What an absolute beauty this knife is! I'm sorry it did not come exactly as you had hoped with a pouch. The knife is breathtaking and we hope that you will enjoy it for many years to come.
Thank you for choosing House of Knives

Nice knife, comes really sharpe outa the box. My only complaint, and it’s more of a personal preference, but I find the blade flipper could be bigger.

Shun Blue 6" Utility Knife (VG0010)
The knife is beautiful. I would have given five stars, but the saya doesn't quite fit right. Other than that it's a great purchase.

Kizer Vigor Green (V3403A2)
Very nice knife in the hand. Small, lightweight and perfect for everyday tasks. Came pretty sharp out of the packaging and can cut clean lines in paper. Centering was perfect. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Shipped very quickly!
Very slim and lightweight.
Came SHARP!
Getting the hang of thumbing it out takes some practice but once you get it right it comes out fast.
Only reason a 4 instead of a 5 is that I prefer tip up carry, and this knifes only option is tip down RH carry.

Kori Artisan 8" Chef Knife (7801-20)
Why does it feel like I’m slicing butter when I’m slicing carrots?! Because this knife makes all meal prep in the kitchen so effortless! I am obsessed. I never realized, until I started using this knife, how much tension I held in my wrist, arm, and body while chopping. Turns out I was doing way too much work using knives with sub-par blades and weight. This knife has been a game-changer. As a mum that spends many hours a week prepping fruits and vegetables for my family, I am grateful and so impressed to have this tool to help. Well done, Kori. Thanks cod lightening my load- and for making me feel like a chef in my home kitchen!!
