Zwilling J.A. Henckels Pro 5.5" Boning Knife (38404-141)
Very fast! Great knife!
Went to the Coquitlam Center House of Knives to drop off a couple of knives for sharpening and to check out this boning knife as it was on sale. Liang was there - always a pleasure - but unfortunately they didn't have the knife. I came home and ordered it online sight unseen. The knives were sharpened, and the boning knife was in the store by the next day!
The knife is great and works like a charm. In my opinion, it could easily be used as a fillet knife if the need arose. This is the 2nd knife for me from HoK. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their products are top notch. Recommend.

Colonel Conk Shave Cream - Unscented - Natural (#1314)
This shave cream froths up very nicely and has body to it so it stays as a ‘foam’ until it is shaved off. It is getting harder to find unscented products which is all I use as perfumes and scents just make me sneeze nonstop. Where I work scented products are not allowed so this product is doubly important to me.

Norpro Sili-Stretch Bowl Cover Set of 2 (529)
The large one works very well. But the small one is too thick to stick to anything. It can be used with an elastic.
Also, it would be good to have a plastic to store the big one as we have for the small one.
I find the big one very useful.

Global Ni 8" Chef Knife (GN-009)
This is my all around go to knife for most tasks. The handle is a bit long, but handsome and comfortable. The edge has a good sharpness and is easy to readily sharpen. The pronounced belly makes for good rock chopping and slicing.

knife is awesome....especially the half price off...was a little worried that knife as is would be marked or otherwise stained but looks brand new just like a full price item. my partner bought me new Henckels knife set recently and this one fully completes it. thanks for the great deal!!

Wusthof Classic 5" Santoku Knife Hollow Ground (4182;1040131314)
Bought this on-line because it wasn't available in store. Very happy with the web site and delivery and really (really) like the knife (as with all the other knives we bought) but disappointed that the free gift that was supposed to be included wasn't.

My old knife would always squash my bread while trying to cut through it. This one slices through beautifully.
