Victorinox Swiss Army Spartan Vancouver (54372)
I haven't owned a SAK in many years, but as I just moved away from Vancouver, AND it was on sale, I HAD to have it. I have similar knives from Boker and Raike and they do cost more and have fewer features.

I purchased the gift card for someone in my family. I have done this before. They love shopping at House of Knives and have been very pleased with the quality of their knives. Ordering a card is so easy and delivery is quick and reliable. I will definitely shop again!

Shun Classic Santoku Knife 4" Hollow Ground (DM0713)
I have not received this knife and have left a message with the Mayfair store and have still not gotten a call back, this was over a week ago. This is the first time I have had an issue with shipping and I am disappointed that it is not being handled with any care or concern. I hope to hear something soon.

Global Ni 8" Chef Knife (GN-009)
We were very excited to finally start our Global knives collection. This has been a beautiful knife to hold. We are not professional chef's, but one of our friends son's that is, recommended this brand of knives. We have been eating plant based since January and do a ton of cooking. The blade and balance of this knife is very refreshing. Cutting vegetables has been a breeze. Extremely pleased with our purchase.
