Shun 2-Piece Kitchen Shear Set (DMS7000)
The workmanship is less quality than the fine artisan creations of the past. They are cumbersome, not streamlined and not in proportion.
Thank you. Ease of handling is not good. Further the blade lock comes undone too easily when in middle of task. The blades are too thick. SHOW ME SOMETHING MORE EXPERT.

Shun Premier Combination Steel 9" (TDM0790)
A bit expensive but the angled handle helps getting the right honing angle on your knife.

Kori Artisan 8" Chef Knife (7801-20)
I was lucky enough to get to test out the Kori 8" Chef Knife and I have not stopped using it ever since. The hand feel, balance and weight of this knife is exceptional. The quality blade holds it's edge very well and requires very little edge maintenance which as a professional chef is a plus. The Kori Chef's Knife is sleek in presentation, very well crafted and a wonderful offering for any chef or aspiring cook to enjoy. I would highly recommend this knife and look forward to other styles of Kori knives coming available.

Benchmade Bugout 535 Blue (535)
The benchmade bug out is my favourite EDC knife now. It slices really fine, and it's so light and thin you don't notice it's even there. Love the mini pocket clip to. Definetly recommend!

Kori Artisan 8" Chef Knife (7801-20)
I've used Victorinox Knives almost exclusively for over 15 years due to their great value and amazing blade. That said I've had the Kori Chef's knife for a week now and it does everything my Victorinox does - but just upgraded. The weight, the precision blade, the aesthetics are definitely all there! Had some friends over while I was cooking and they commented how amazing the knife looked and performed!

Victorinox Tweezers Small (V) (A.6142)
The Victorinox tweezers provide fine enough purchase to remove larger splinters, but are not sufficiently precise to easily remove the finer, annoying splinters one may encounter while enjoying the outdoors.

RSVP Marble Cheese Slicer - Green (GCS)
We had one of these for many years, the wire broke and I assumed I wouldn’t be able to get another so I threw the whole thing out. Then tried another brand (crap). Finally went back to House of Knives and got this for less than the crappy one. Love it!

Flips well. A little smaller than I thought it would be. Course grind on edge. Not very sharp.
