Kizer Mini Sheepdog C01C Blue (V3488C3)
Came super sharp out of the box. Needed a little pivot adjustment for it to drop shut. Only gripe is the difficult to reach liner lock. Detent is marvelous so it flips with authority.

Shun Classic 8" Chef's Knife (DM0706)
This knife is wonderful. The only disappointing thing is that the knife did not come with a protective case, but I guess that is nothing against the knife, so still five stars for the knife. It is wonderful and easy to handle and fantastic to hold.

Ice Safety Razor Black - Round (ISR-BCC)
This holder appears to clamp the blade flush to the base, thus leaving no edge. Might be a perfect handle if you're an 11 year old boy. 45 though, not so much.

Kori Artisan 8" Chef Knife (7801-20)
I bought this knife the first day it was available. As a chef for over 25 years I have used many brands of knife. Wusthof, Victorinox, Global. The Kori 8 inch chef knife is a perfect combination of the best knives out there. The weight is great, larger blade and ease to keep an edge with just a diamond steel is advantageous. I don’t spend time sharpening with various wet or dry stones as some others like to do. Over all, I would highly recommend this knife to a professional cook or for home use.
