Too small
I didn’t realize it was so tiny. Way too expensive for a knife that you can barely hold on your hand

Global G Series Chef's Starter Knife 2pc Set (G-5838)
I decided to return the recent purchase to the store. They could not refund from the packing slip that came with the knives and the visa statement. I will be phoning your head office on monday to complain. What a waste of time. Unfortunately I deleted my receipt to my e-mail thinking the paper with the knives would be sufficient for a refund.

Wusthof Classic Flexible 6" Boning Knife (4603/16;1040101416)
I bought the boning knife as a wedding gift but as I already have one, I can say that it is fabulous! Maybe of more importance was that I was very pleased with the assistance that I received from Lisa in ensuring that there was a gift enclosure and a penny included with the online purchase. So thank you again!!
