Great experience dealing with customer service (Stephanie). I purchased a Cryo Blackwash online and about an hour later realized that I was actually wanting the Cryo 2 Blackwash. I sent an email to customer service that night. They got back to me the next day, cancelled my initial order and I went ahead and purchased the Cryo 2. Simple, no red tape and I got what I wanted.

Great service from knowledgeable staff...however the online store is always out of stock of common popular sport knives even through the fall and Christmas holidays....unfortunately I had to make most purchases elsewhere :(

Great experience. Fast shipping. I was slightly disappointed with two of the sheaths my knives came with. I found no information or pics on the page and they came with a modular plastic sheath. Not my thing but still functional. Other than that everything was great!! Very happy.
