Great selection of products offered, along with very fast shipping. However the mobile online experience is problematic on Android. Signin isn’t possible from the home page, log out is impossible to find. Creating an account is impossible as the captcha required cannot be accessed. So, maybe have that issue looked at. Aside from that, the experience would have been great.

The purchase is fine. I joined as a member over 10 years ago when I made purchases at the shop on Cambie Street in Vancouver, but I couldn't retrieve the membership info anymore. I joined the BandEdge+ again, but did not receive any information about it nor the free gift nor the $10 off coupon nor the free knife sharpening.
