Website is easy to navigate. Shipped a day after order even though they said it might be up to 4. Good experience with this site. Shipping is irrelevant because they don't handle that.

I mistakenly ordered the same item twice from House of Knives online. I emailed the service department and they corrected the order, packed it, and credited my card immediately. They then sent me an email advising me that the corrections had been made and that my order was on the way. Service to match the outstanding brands they carry!

during the paying option if it could say when your order is expected by that would be awesome! I ordered and didn’t no if it would be two days two weeks or a month. I messaged customer service how ever and I had a response with in an hour!! For 2-3 days shipping, I live in the middle of no where so that’s really really fast and the step to step process on how it will get here! Stephanie was the one who replied to me and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism! I was a manager myself for nine years and I would have been proud to see my staff reply in that manner and so timely! I know I will love the product experience was good and customer service was on point!

Found the product I needed that no one else seemed to have available. However found the website a bit sluggish and slow to use. Also when the email came advising goods had been shipped (in a very timely fashion) the tracking link did not work nor was a tracking id number provided. So could not track item
