Prices are on par with online shopping.I tried to look at the webpage but doesn’t tell me what is in stock at my local house of knives store. I tried calling and no answer so I ended up ordering online but a day later found out they had the item in stock at local store in which I would rather have purchase at the store instead of online.

I thought it was a class move to track me down, by phone,, because there was a shipping issue,, and you where making sure,, all was covered so I'd get my product in a timely manner. Kudos.

When I first was looking to purchase the item I was shopping for it said the price and that shipping was free. When I went on to purchase the item it showed a shipping charge. This kind of led me on. I hope I hope like the tray I purchased.
