On my order, I had addressed the package to my Canada Post Flex Delivery address, which I verified was correct on the order email confirmation. However, when the mailing label was printed, it truncated the 6-digit portion of the address that would have indicated who the recipient was. As a result, the package was stuck at the post office for a few days, untraceable. Fortunately, I had a different package that arrived shortly after that the post office employee was able to figure out that the HoK item was for me.

I am sorry that happened, our IT and ecom teams are looking ways to fix the way the programs interact with each other but it is a process. Im sure theyll get it sorted so thank you for bringing it there attention. We're always looking for ways to improve and this is a big one!
