I ordered a Civivi praxis mini, when I watched reviews (after ordering) I was worried it wasn’t what I wanted. It looked bigger in the videos. Anyways… when I got it it was exactly what I wanted maybe a bigger blade than was hoping for but great looking knife. Haven’t used it just got it. As house of knives. I ordered it it shipped and got delivered quicker then expected. I didn’t second guess my order whatsoever and usually I do. Shipping email and tracking sent right away and got it before I was supposed to. I will most likely order again

Easy buying process. Very professional caliber of tools/equipment. If your a person who likes to know at any moment how your order is progressing, they do a great job of keeping you informed. I was looking for whetstones and ended up buying a new knife to add to the collection. Not that it stopped my purchasing decision but it would be nice to see a greater selection of diamond stones. Whetstones have great choices.

Why could I not buy a sharpener at the store in Edmonton? I much prefer in person in store shopping! I received quick and good service, but would have been happier going to the store and talking with a Real Person! I HATE and try very hard to avoid online shopping. It is sooooo

I totally understand what you mean. We are limited in stores by those four stinkin walls and since we want to still offer a greater breathe of options we do unfortunately need to sell online only items. You can definitely still order (for free shipping!) to have your order sent to our store for pick up where you can discuss and possibly return if need be.
