Love the store and the website is very easy to navigate but I do wish that either you offered free shipping over a certain amount like $100 or when you make a pre-purchase order you get a free shipping code to add anything else to that order before it ships to save on paying double the shipping

Pleasant shopping experience and good communication with the staff. One suggestion I do have is to have a set up where the group discount for military/veterans be added to the customer’s account profile and the discount rate be applied automatically on their purchases in the cart rather than having to upload their credentials every time they make a purchase and having to await for a discount code and specification of the products they want to purchase. This will streamline the process and make it more efficient and timely for the customer to complete their purchases. Thank you.

A couple of months ago I had a chance to slip into the west ed outlet to look over some knives, Benchmade knives. The store was busy and only one salesperson was present. Despite this, I was well looked after, and ended up with a few new knives and a beautiful straight razor. A few months go by and I see a few things that were only available online. Ordered a CS sharpener & a few more knives, delivery date was for the following Thursday it came Wednesday morning. Great people, service and delivery. One happy customer!
