You mention becoming a "Band Edge +" member and describe how to sign up. I have placed multiple orders and have NEVER seen the sign up page you describe as being in Stage 2 of the checkout process. Is the Band Edge + membership a thing of the past? If not, can you explain how I can take advantage of your offer. I placed an order today and saw nothing about Band Edge + as part of the check out procedure. I have looked for the sign up page during past check outs but found nothing.
